Tascosa Land Resources, LLC’s office, employees and contractors have been doing business as William P. Harris Oil & Gas Properties for the past 29 years. William P. “Scooter” Harris put together a team of professionals to provide our clients with the most diligent, confidential, and variously ranged superior services in the energy business. Our compadre and fearless leader, Scooter, passed away in February of 2010. Scooter’s devotion to his employees, clients and the industry made the conversion from William P. Harris Oil & Gas Properties to Tascosa Land Resources, LLC a natural transition.
